A first indie rock EP from birdheat, aka Laurie Anne Fuhr, a singer-songwriter, bassist, and poet based in Calgary.

released January 3, 2017

Love in the Digital Age, birdheat's first EP of original songs produced by Lorrie Matheson at Arch Audio and featuring Joel Nye on drums, Chris Dadge on drums (Already Highway), James Dangerous on guitar, and yours truly on vocals, bass, and rhythm guitar, was provided to CJSW Radio 90.9 in December 2016 for national distribution as a digital release, marking the beginning of a simple Bandcamp campaign asking interested listeners to Pay What They Want for the digital tracks to help fund CD manufacturing.

By purchasing this EP, you'll help bring this music to a larger audience, but most of all you'll encourage the artists involved to continue to create. Thanks for your generous support!

Cover art: mixed-media collage entitled Polka Dots and Debutants by Calgary artist Kenzie Housego.
